Operating principle<\/p>\n

The picture shows the eccentric masses (in red) mounted on a pair of shafts in counter-rotation.
\nThe pair of gears connecting the two shafts guarantees synchronism.
\nThe gears are protected by a spheroidal cast iron casing (the outline is shown in the drawing). On the sides of the casing, there are four bearings designed especially for vibrating machinery.
\nThe casing base is suitable for the assembly on any vibrating equipment.
\nThe variation of moment is created by modifying the weight of the eccentric masses with inserts (in lead or steel, as in the drawing of the \u201cSL\u201d version) or with specific semilunar plates in steel (\u201cS\u201d version).
\nOne of the two shafts must be connected to the motor with cardan joint or elastic joint.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve created two families of oscillators to satisfy our clients various requirements:ExciterMomentumGraphEN<\/p>\n

The \u201cS\u201d Version: provides maximum flexibility in the choice of the optimal static moment for a specific application.
\nThe bearings have a very high duration to guarantee that maintenance is held to a minimum.<\/p>\n

The \u201cSL\u201d Version: no compromise on performance with a maximum static moment of over 100,000 Kg mm with a centrifugal force of 65,000 Kg.
\nEach size is designed to offer the highest static moment compatible with a high bearing life.
\nIn addition to these versions, there are also specific models developed on request from clients:<\/p>\n

The \u201cLTC\u201d Version: created to withstand extremely low temperatures, certified for as low as -50\u00b0C. Each individual component was designed and tested for these temperatures.<\/p>\n

The \u201cSP\u201d Version: designed to guarantee the highest reliability at very high temperatures, over 80\u00b0C. Equipped with an internal heat exchanger and external cooling liquid circuit.<\/p>\n

The \u201cOS\u201d Version: equipped with a special seal system for particularly aggressive or dusty environments.<\/p>\n
